The bill (Reg. No4787-1) suggests specification of tasks and authorities of the National Bank Council, demands to its members and Chairman and also specification of the demands regarding the conduction of the inner and external audit.
In the course of the Committee sitting it was declared that the Central Scientific-Expert Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariate in its conclusion declares that the bill needs to be forwarded for the further elaboration.
The Committee members emphasised that the National Bank points out the attention to the fact that the bill is unacceptable and deems it contradicts international obligations of Ukraine, demands of the EU legislation and also experience of the activity of the central banks of the developed countries.
